Music Usage Terms/Copyright
All music that is made available here is completely copyright & royalty free.You are allowed to:
- Download & listen to for personal use.
- Store on personally preferred playback platforms such as MP3/MP4, CD or heck... Floppy for all i care lol.
- Include in any form of video as background music. (IE: Machinima, Gameplay, any other, etc...)
- Use as background music for Twitch streams! (and other streaming platforms)
- Include in audio works such as podcasts, etc.
- Play back songs on public events
- Collect all ad revenue without the need to revenue share, nor get into trouble for copyright infringement.
- Remix
You are NOT allowed to:
- Include the music in a PAID product like a game or any other form of media or otherwise. (Use in Trailers for paid products is fine)
- Repost/re-upload the song directly as a stand-alone on platforms such as SoundCloud, YouTube, [Any Other] publicly, just for the sake of the music itself.
- Sell/distribute my audio files on any platform, either for charge or free. *This excludes radio broadcasts ofc as that's concidered regular ol' playback, not file distribution! ;)
You MAY but do NOT HAVE to:
- Credit me in the description of your videos/audio works. It is greatly appreciated if you do, but totally not required!
- Send me a link to the videos/audio works you made. I always like to see what people create and show some support, it's lot's of fun. :3
